@sk8trchef well last time I checked, there's no law against copying ingredients but there is one against stealing. You can't copyright recipes either, just make sure they're locked up.

A few years ago, a Pepsi secretary was convicted of trying to get the Coke recipe from a Coke secretary. Pepsi had to pay thousands.

There's tons of peole who would love to save money by making the same foods at home. I suppose you feel threatened as a chef who depends on people coming to your restaurant.

@jeffhanson1 I know. When I was little my grandmother would always ask the waiter for the recipe for what she was eating...AND THEY GAVE IT TO HER. Then when I was a teenager I tried the same thing, they looked at me like I was CRAZY. :0))) i was even over seas. Not like I would take away their business.

Poor guy, you can tell he doesn't have a lot of experience in front of a tv camera, he has no clue how to multi-task, explain, prepare the product and keep the conversational flow moving. His recipes are AWESOME, though. I've been a fan of his copycat series for years.
