I disagree. Native speakers should be familiar with 98% of those song lyrics.

I was going to say that the song was too deep for a 15yr old, but she sang "Antología" and "Sin él" so wonderfully...So, I'm gonna attribute all of this to memory and last-minute stage fright. And, the fact that the song was translated from Italian and the phrasing in it is a little hard for some people to pull off.

she messes up on the 4th line. She still sounds great even though she forgot the lyrics. I wish she would've done this song again somewhere else though...because this is such a great song. She's not at all shy or speechless with interviews. Check out some of her recent interviews. The only time I've seen her get stuck was when Ryan asked the stupid question about how a classroom was, how do you respond to that? uh, it's a room, square, with paint.
