  • video doesnt fit the long but I can appreciate it after all I am here for the song...love you Clint Black......

  • Beautiful child. Is that kid Clint Black's ?

  • "Untanglin' My Mind" is the title of a song co-written and recorded by American country music singer Clint Black. He wrote the song with Merle Haggard and ... so this arguing about this is pointless and useless. both Black and Haggard are two of country music's best Singers/songwriters, and both are living legends.

  • is merle's version of this song on youtube???

  • Good Song.

  • This is a nice song. I have not heard Clint for a while. Nice to hear him again.

    Margaret

  • Great Merle song , Clint does a great job on this one thank's for sharing ☺

  • ya know, some of you who commented ,bitching about who wrote the song are more butt hurt at this fact than listening to a great song...im sure if Merele Haggard had a prob. with this hed have made it known, witch leaves me asking myself WHY are yall even bitching about it in the first place.i love both Merele's music and Clint Black's.to get on the internet and argue over about 2 artists is really retarded

  • Merele haggard wrote this.... classically done by clint .

  • Mighty Merle, great trademark. is stamped all over it, what a great song!

  • Stop the lies Clint changed one word to this song and clamed to be a co-writer This is a HAG song

  • know what? who cares...its still a timeless classic regardless.

  • @bbetsill1 and like everyone who makes such asinine accusations, you have definitive proof right?

  • awesome song. !

  • el mejor tema de Clint Black......

  • wow

  • one of those days that requires alot of coffee and about a pint of jack.A tear rolls down your cheek and the energy hits

  • Clint wrote this song with Hag! Great tune! I prefer this version to Hag's though.

  • From the looks of this video, this mind still needs untangling...

  • With all due respect to the current crop of country artists, you have to respect a performer (Black) who goes to the well (Haggard) for inspiration. Kenny Chesney has his fans, and I'm sure he's a good person, but there's only so much "no shirt, no shoes, no problem" music that I can handle. Somewhere, there has to be substance - roots. Otherwise, it's just forgotten noise that made a little money for a while.

  • i love this song :) clint has a great singing talent :D

  • One of my favorite songs. They sure don't write like they used to. Your picturs are really sweet. Thank you for this- it's a beauty..

  • love the song

  • is clint's video for this song on youtube? did merle ever record this song or is this the only recorded version. thank you. john

  • Merle did record it once at least, later in his career. It only ever made it as a album filler, never was released to radio.

  • thank you brandonmuir for the information. i will check into it. thanks again. john

  • It was on his 1996 album, "1996". That was the follow up to his amazing "1994" album, which is one of my all-time favorite Merle albums.

  • @jhrunion I looked, too, and no one has uploaded *any* video for it -- official or otherwise.

I have a Clint Black playlist on my profile page and there's quite a few videos (for other songs) linked there.

  • thanks. clint's first two albums + the songs we tell ourselves and the hard way are pure country classics. thanks again.

  • I haven't heard this song in a long long time. Thanks for posting, I'll have to dig this cd out and knock the dust off it.

  • THIS is country....sure wish these type of songs would come back around, cause I sure do miss em

  • me too man.. those were the days.. did you ever think we would think this?

  • Merle Haggard actually wrote the song, Clint became a co writer after the fact.. great song

  • Yes, you are right. I wish someone would post Merle's version...

  • love this song and love how u did the video thanks for posting

  • It's beautiful. I love the song!

  • When this song was popular, I made the biggest decision I ever made in my life. Ten years later, no regrets. Thanks, Clint.

  • One of my favorite songs by one of the greatest old style country singers ever.
