@RSHalfCrazy they are chunkloader blocks. they work differently in single player and multiplayer. but they allow chunks to load up all the time on a single player world. on the newer versions of advanced machines they work differently. you can see more details on the advanced machines forums.

I built the water mills that's why my old house was empty, it wastes buckets and diamond pipes though so if anyone has ender pearls they want to trade let me know

@dreamweaver23 wouldn't the detector system on the experiment be susceptible to masking one pulse with an other? When an item passes, the redstone pipe sends a 'signal' ,not a pulse, for a brief period. if somehow the other sensor pipe receives an item through it, his pulse elongates the first and it let it count as just one, causing a buildup..
