Great stuff, David. I've found since I started playing ukulele...I have a much better appreciation for these tunes from the '20s and '30s. That and they're a whole lot of fun to play.
I bought a DVD at the grocery store because on it, there was a picture of Danny Thomas and Doris Day holding ukuleles. Turns out it was the life story of Gus Kahn, "I'll See You In My Dreams." Didn't know we had been singing so many of his wonderful songs. Loved your version of this one!
