@landus94 It only looks like a triple-expansion engine. It has 3 pistons of the same size. The boiler pressure is 3 bar and a real triple wouldn't work because of condensation.
Thanks Steffan. The valve gear is Hackworth. There are 3 pomps on the back. The first is a coolingwater pomp. The second is the air pomp. The third is the boiler feed.
@WalpotJ Thanks for that. I like watching Hackworth gear on locomotives. Simple but effective.... and all the pumps needed for continuous running! Excellent and beautiful.
Hi, Congratulations,, I confirm, this is indeed a wonderful engine ! Complicated as I love, It fully justifies more technical details to be shared ;+)
It is triple-expansion engine, isn't it?

Supergaaf technisch prachtding! Hij zit uiteindelijk in een boot, maar ik vraag me af, is de machine wel sterk genoeg daarvoor?

Wonderful work.... and good at low rpm too. What valve gear have you used, and can you tell us more about the pump on the far side of the engine?

Sorry dat ik nu pas reageer maar ik was op vakantie. Daardoor moest ik helaas Dordt in Stoom missen. Bedankt voor het compliment.

@ rhavrana. Thank you very much. Because of the 3 bar boiler pressure the engine isn't a real triple. Bore x stroke = 13 x 18 mm.

Wonderful engine, congratulations. Please post a video of it running under steam too.
Are plans available for this eingine?

Thank you very much. When the boiler is ready I hope to do so. It may take a while.
