  • Stop moving the camera so fast.

  • buy a car :)

  • I lol'd. And, wow, lol.

  • Simple solution to this would have been: Portland Streetcar operator should have waited with the turn until the Type 4 was out of the way. It is poor operation, as in being impatient and not planning the turn, by the streetcar that seems to be the problem, not necessarily the Type 4 being too long. The two sets of light rail cars are going "line of sight" and are allowed downtown to be one intersection apart. Top speed downtown is only 15 mph, so it is OK and safe to be that close.

  • it seems that Portlanders love rails on their strreets!! Light rails and streetcars run side by side on the same street! I can imagine massive road closures when the tracks are due for overhaul and need to be dug up one day.

  • I'm a little amazed that they allow the vehicles to get that close. But an issue might be that the second train is a Type 4, which are longer. Overall, I thought the switching delays on the Steel Bridge were bad...

  • me to man thats just crazy

  • LOL!!LOL!!
