I have an XR2I at the minute took the engine out i got a few spare ones choices are MK5 RS2000 the original XR2I or RS TURBO running about 190 bhp which you reckon is the best for a balance of usable reliable power when tuned ive also got the choice of dropping them into my XR or fitting them to MK3 FIESTA van what you think is best

cheers all i rebuilt the engine myself cost me loads was well worth it as i cant stand the common tapping noise

sounds like a sweet engine m8, no noise at all!!

mine has done 15k and has had new everything + rebuilt and is still noiser than that. well done
