  • This song have bless my soul on this day. It goes farther than "old school" gospel, it takes me back to the days my mother would sang this in the kitchen while preparing our meals. I know that the Lord will make a way because I have seen how He's in my life.

  • I always love hearing that song of assurance - the Lord will make a way. I loved Bishop Patterson. I never had an opportunity to meet him nor be a visitor among his congregation but, I feel that I knew him as a pastor, too. I always tuned in to hear his sermons on Sunday mornings before I left for services at my church and would catch him again afterwards. Gosh, I really miss Bishop Patterson. I know that he was loved by his congregation.

  • @missj255 Yes, a beautiful song that brings comfort and assurance to the heart and soul of the Believer. I thank the Lord that we still sing this song and other gospel hymns at our church that our parents and parents before them sang.

  • I miss Bishop Gilbert earl Patterson. He was Old School C.O.G.I.C. He was a truly anointed Man of God. You could feel it when he sang and definitely, when he preached. Sing Bishop!!

    Some People Dont Have Church This Way Anymore.

    Im Only 17 & I Enjoy Updated "Gospel" But The Old Skool Foot Tappin,Tamborine Playin, & the Acapella Congregational Songs Are Really What Get Me Through Each Day.

    All Of His Music Has Blessed Me In One Way Or Another.

  • Throught all the contemporary and modren sounds of "Gospel" music you will always go back to the way our parents worshiped, the way we grew up. It worked then and I'm tellin you it will work now if you just trust in the Lord.
