God I gave up trying to watch this now. Every time it gets to the first advert it just freezes and I have to refresh and watch from the begining again only for it to freeze in the same place. This videos getting anouther dislike. Not because of Dilbert but because the shoddy uploader cares more about people watching his dam adverts than the actual video.

Why? Just like TV, they are showing you copyrighted content, and to do that legally, they must pay a royalty. They pay the royalties with revenue from the commercials. Come on, quit complaining.
