uhhm those arent even living things, those are a type of flake, as soon as you put it on the okonomariyaki it'll disolve like that.

I ate some of those on rice the other night, and my girlfriend saw it and was sketched out. It was pretty funny. Such amusing food, and tasty, too!

it's moving because of steam from the pancake.
the stuff that's moving is thin shavings of dried bonito fish.
