If you are using dairy products for your main protein source you are directly responsible for more suffering than someone that eats steak every day and no dairy at all. Mammals have to give birth to produce milk. And, that's how you get veal. And, after being raped yearly for ~5-6 years the dairy cows end up as hamburgers anyway.

"If your not vegan then your not a vegetarian" is a BIG turn off for someone like myself who is a new vegetarian and its also incorrect. Vegetarians exclude all animal flesh (pork, poultry, beef, seafood, etc...) but may continue to eat eggs and/or dairy. Vegans don't eat or use anything that comes from an animal.
