it was not that easy so is great because i feel im practicing real skills, it makes me try to have better leverage and grabbing so is a great dummy is not like the other dummies who looks like a dead man and you can twist them too easy this is a great addition to my training, construction is great feels like is gonna last forever, service was great, videos are amazing and free I love it definitely a great purchase, I would love to have a standing dummy for throws made by you!!!
Hi Bob I got my submission master like a week ago and I just wanted to stop by to let people know about my first impressions : I just wanna say that the dummy is great and alot more useful than I thought is heavy and it has resistance a couple days before I got it I was practicing jiujitsu with my cousin and he was resisting against an armbar from the bottom and when i tried to do the same with the dummy it felt prety close to that
I have one its sturdy but flexible my son is 15 and uses it for hrs at a time and never has to hear me cry im getting mat burn on my ears or your tearing my elbow already..unlike myself this guy loves to be abused..great investment I find the grappling gloves next to him and find him moved in the middle or the night the boy sneaks in the basement and trains with G as we call him ...I pretend to not know......worth every penny ...Tony
The Submission Master is $317.61 (GBP). The shipping will be pretty high, because it's shipping from the U.S. You can get an exact quote for shipping to your address if you go to the Submission Master's website (see the info on this page) and go to the "International Buyers" tab.
The Submission Master weighs approximately 34.1 kg (about 75 lbs). Because it's "dead weight", it feels heavier than is sounds. We've found that to be the best weight for most people.
Thanks I have the older version with the shorter legs and it has helped a lot. I was thinking about getting another one with the longer legs but I have only had mine for about 1.5 years. I really like this one you are showing. I can only see one thing I would like to see improved. Notice how big the buttock area is? You should be able to reach over to the other side when you have one leg in to get the other leg.( Good Test for example).
This is a great video Bob. Thank You
