  • Yoko did a great job singing this song.

  • 此歌盛行于上世纪40年代的上海。后因众所周知的原因在大陆消失。今日重新听到。顿生怀念之情.

  • @lyylyy123 真的很美

  • This is a famous Chinese Old Song sang by Yoko at a good time namely the CNY Spring Festival 2007 and matched nicely with the excellent and colorful background.

  • i am confused now.. so is this song composed by a chinese or a japanese? it's not that it matters because i think both chinese and japanese have great composers... i just want to get the fact right because i had no idea until now (from reading the comments) that this song was from an interesting era...

  • フーリンチンツアイライって読むの?

  • Yes if I read you correctly

  • This song is more than just the beautiful melody and lyrics. It is a song about war and desperation. It has caused a commotion in China. When I listen to this song now, I think about war/peace, desperation/hope, philosophy of enjoying our life now and not wait for tomorrow. The ugliness of war make one think that way. The composer has more vision. I salute him.

  • I totally agree with you, in that sense, his vision is not only the hope and glory but also the hidden meaning of the love song imply the the depression of the war and political situation, it is not just a beautiful song but the meaning is timeless...

it could be a one night stand or a love of your life or simply just saying goodye!

  • composed by Jap & sang by Jap who was publicly thought to be chinese initially during times when china was "sliced" by colonial powers. Then Japan was a colonial(white race)-master-wanna-be. Very interesting times

  • When I hear this song, it reminds me of many things. War and peace, hope and desperation, philosophy of how people think in time of despiration. It reminds me of the ugliness of war. Its a poem that depicts the attitude of that time. It might have caused a commotion during that time. when we listen to the song now, it has more hidden meaning that the war. It is telling us to enjoy our life now, dont wait. A wonderful song with beautiful melody and lyrics. I am impressed

  • because it was composed by a japanese :)

  • it was composed during Japanese occupation by a chinese. It was part of the Japanese propaganda during WWII occupation. The Chinese composer went to jail for treason. Tragic, because it is a beautiful song

  • wow, it's a song with such a long history.

  • it was for propaganda-music and the types of movies made by Jap. . However for us who live in different times, the music and lyrics are timelessly lovely and touching.

  • why is there a lot of japanese singing this song?

  • really, can you tell more about that?

  • Beautiful

  • Very nice! Candy Yoko, Some more please. 07516ac1 5p
