The problem on TDU 2 is, that almost all races are championship races :( My favourite race on TDU 1 was the Island tour. which took me over 40 minutes to complete :)

@GTASA911 If you're comparing TDU 2 beta gameplay to this then thats not the best example because a beta is a unfinished product in testing. Plus, TDU 1 had a hardcore mode as DLC that drastically changed the handling and made it more realistic. The devs said that they reworked the handling for TDU 2 and that it will be better than in TDU 1. Lets hope they're right, but we won't really know until we play the finished game on Feb. 8th.

hmm, looks like an arcade game (phony physics) And alot like a port of mid night club, and all of those other no track games like NFSS series. I still love the concept of free roaming racer. But they have yet to do it properly on the next gen systems.  I would love to see a sim version of Tokyo highway battle

With that in mind, of course they weren't going to be spending millions of dollars on tiny details. And i bet if you didn't have ADD and spent time getting used to the physics (as I've had) you'd realize it is fun and fantastic. period.

@deltaD07 You get 2 big ass islands in TDU 2... you get to go back to the island in Hawaii from TDU 1 as you progress through the story. Then you can fly back and forth between the 2 islands as you please. Once you own a boat house, you can even sail from one island to the other. Look for the game on Feb. 8th!!!!
