@Spritelover7 so are you meaning to say you would buy the lesser quality instrument for the badge. do you feel the same way about g and l (leo fenders second company and made in same factory as pre cbs), you'd rather have the worse quality fender because its not a copy, it says fender on the headstock. hertitage are probably the only reason gibson still exist because heritage force gibson to do better.

I Love living in West Michigan, I'm only an hour away from Kalamazoo in Holland, mi. So, If I wanted to buy 1, I'd totally go to the factory and get them to make a Custom guitar.

I had an occasion to play a Heritage guitar at the Great American Guitar show,and I must admit that I was quite impressed. It plays like a Gibson (because it IS a Gibson) sounds like it and looks like it. The quality is amazing. For the people who think that Gibson and Fender own the guitar market,you are dead wrong. The competion has gotten really awsome. Companiies like PRS,Carvin,Sadowsky and Ibanez has really come into their own as far guitar making is concerned.

Heritage guitars are the shiz-nit! Truly hand crafted (been to the factory in Kalamazoo). For what Gibson or PRS charge... you can get twice the guitar for the money from Heritage.

Much like... G&L tend to be a far nicer guitar than Fender... Or there is a local luthier in your area who is willing to make you a FAT guitar for FAR less than the "Custom Shops" Of Gibson, Fender, PRS.
