@lllraverslll No one covers two way shipping which is why NZXT's warranty is special. You need to pay to ship it down for RMA with everyone else. The only company that we can think of that still offers a lifetime warranty is Ultra (if you register the product). BFG Tech went out of business so no more warranty for anyone. Which brand do you own?

@Alwyn1000 the closing vent thing actually keeps out dust when the fans are not going. So if you are on a trip of gone for the weekend, dust will not cake up as bad as it could have.
