Imagine a planet one billion lightyears away. and when we see it in our telescope, it has taken one million lightyears for the light from that planet to travel to the telescope. @Spritztechnik It is my understanding, that there is some sort of dimensional travel involved. Some research shows, these beings can bend time and space, hence how the appear and disapear instantly, and no radars can ever detect them coming. When we reach a level of super intelligence we might realize that traveling around in space is unrealistic. It doesn't only matter about the distance. There are a mind boggling amount of planets ( in the Goldilocks zone ) to see. Thus, investigate.

Some research shows, these beings can bend time and space, hence how the appear and disapear instantly, and no radars can ever detect them coming.
