When I heard this song again after all these years it brought back all those memories of the anti-apartheid protests that took place in New Zealand, especially during the 1981 Springbok Tour. Marching in solidarity with the people in South Africa being discriminated against because of their race on the other side of the world....
@buglebogue: I had a copy of the original VHS video. Shame it has never been re-released on DVD, since it's fun to watch from beginning to end and is still relevant about 25 years later!

I applaud him for going into Soweto during the dark days of apartheid, but this song is 100% Black South African music. His music was good though.
