J is clearly doing some of the skating himself.. As mentioned in another comment, he's been skating on & off for years, but self-admittedly isn't very good. The tricks were all done by a pro skater named Kyle Leeper in a white wig. Poke around on google and you can easily find some behind the scenes photos.

I've skated the underpass at 1:23 which is right next to the ledges at 1:41 and the spot at 1:58 -3:00. They're all next to each other with the fountain area being right outside of the Museum Of Science & History in Jacksonville. The underpass is just a block away from that. I didn't even know this video existed until after about a year of skating that spot. The things you learn :P
