  • I swear, I saw the exact same thing happen last night in the Amazon Rain Forest

  • Photoshop.

  • omg this is so fake!

  • How are we so Sure elephants aren't really Dancing like this Wayyy in the jungle miles and miles away from Civilization? it's like the old riddle...."If a tree falls in the middle of the woods and nobody's around to hear it, Does it make a sound"

  • fake

  • Really, people? You are really so easily manipulated? GE is laughing all the way to the bank with your grandchildren's money. A movie? GE also built the nuclear reactors that exploded in Japan. GE is the world's largest media company.

    Get educated, people.

  • Hypocritical bastards. GE could care less about the environment or baby elephants. This is a disgusting display of hypocrisy.

  • The company reported worldwide profits of $14.2 billion, and paid zero dollars in taxes. They ain’t no great American company. They don’t care about jobs for Americans. They care only for profits.

General Electric should pay its taxes.

  • I love this advertisement, but sadly I'm a stickler for detail =P. I would like to point out that Elephants can't jump at all. Their leg structure won't allow it. =(

Its so sad that they cannot experience the joys of jumping.

  • How clever! So cute....a Gene Kelly classic!

  • GE Forget about fuel cells, get the government to lift the ban on growing hemp (non-thc). Its was the real "fuel of the future" stated by Henry Ford, all his cars where first designed to run on hemp oil (Big oil, and you "GE" have a hand in the oil made the gov ban the hemp industry in early 1900's). One acre of hemp equals 4.2 acres of trees to make the same amount of paper and only takes 4 months to grow. 6-7% of US land is need to fuel all USA's needs. That's easy since it can grow anywhere.

  • I love how they have an African elephant and a chimpanzee in the middle of a rain forest surrounded by bird species from South America. Lol. Anyway, I loved this commercial when it first came out and I still love it. Elephants are freakin' adorable.

  • These are by far the cutest advertisement I have ever seen. GE should take this little elephant and sponsor a full legnth motion picture of him and donate all the proceeds to needy chldren in America!

  • Great commercial, but the music could've been better... I made one that seems to fit better... check it out! youtube dot com /watch?v=0HP8JAyh3Lc

  • Reminds me of the movie "Tarzan" with Brendan Fraser ! Love this ad. I like the new one that's out now.

  • Reminds me of the movie "Tarzan" with Brendan Fraser ! Love this ad.

Dr Nojoke - Elephant [click click remix]

  • Too bad it's G.E. : ( I hate that company.

  • What a terrible company... they make things like power plants so you can turn on your fucking computer... dip shit!

  • that is well cool!

  • to: bunnyhead100

.... HI BCF!!!!!!!!!! this is a bit stupid though, dont you think...

    From: Kimi.B.Niki

  • I dont think this is cute, I feel its pornographic projection onto our animal brothers.

  • this used to be my fav comurcual...typo....

  • Love it.

  • So cute. Makes me almost forget they make land mines, and lop the tops off mountains to harvest coal.

  • I loveee this commercial. My mother and I used to think this was the cutest thing...bless her. She loved animals. She felt the same as you, though. =(. Which I'm not frowning at, just miss her.

  • @awrsmith WHAT!?

  • @Humberto4790. yup. all you need to do is dig a little. GE is a massive company thats owns alot of other smaller, and more niche businesses, and at the end of the day, they are shareholder driven. Just google GE and landmines, then google GE and coal production. See what you get.

  • @awrsmith Fasinating, I found several pages that deny any claims that GE owned, funded, endorsed, or sold products to companies that make landmines. But I'm sure you're much smarter and have far more in depth resources than any business journalist out there. What are your opinions on black helicopters or alien reptiles?

  • @tendoking48 ...your sarcasm is really good.

  • @tendoking48 'fasinating' has a 'c' in it for future reference. You lose a little punch when you can't spell right. There is plenty out there to support that claim, even an open letter from 'banminesusa' to their largest shareholders towards adopting a future policy against involvement in landmines and cluster bombs.

  • @awrsmith Wah, my comment has a typo in it! Okay, and? Landmines are war weapons, and during wartime EVERYONE makes weapons, there are rifles made by IBM floating around, granted old landmines aren't the best things to toss around, but to run around badmouthing a company for what they did in the past is a really poor practice.

  • @tendoking48...So what is it then? Firstly, you refute the landmine claims, then you say it's okay if it's in wartime, because EVERYONE is doing it. Well maam, I completely disagree. As a consumer, I want to know where my dollars are being spent. You are invested somehow with GE clearly, and I will say, that I like Immelman as much as any CEO, but come on, GE makes, or has made, landmines up until VERY recently, and those landmines kill more than just enemy soldiers, they still kill kids today.

  • @awrsmith So does ebola. People die every day it can't be stopped no matter how much you picket big business, why not devote your time to something useful instead of just being another malcontent?

  • @tendoking48 I spend 4 mths/yr volunteering at an eye clinic in Moshi Tanzania. Is that useful enough? Secondly, shouldn't there be checks and balances for big business, or we are okay to let them run amok while serving only shareholder interests. Where do you draw the line on big business' social impacts? Not on landmine production obviously, and on that note, there is a great article in the Harvard Business Review, noting GE's landmine sales in the Bosnian war (1990's).

  • this is sooooo funny and clever i also like that its all quiet then it like singing in the rain its really cute x

  • This is so cute!

  • I have forever associated this song with A Clockwork Orange, so.... yeah.

  • This has been my favorite commercial for three years! It's brilliant!

  • it is REALLY cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • OMG lol that is the most pimp vid. everywhere

  • thisis soooooooooooooo cute

  • this is lie...don't be fooled by GE being cute...they are greenwashing you...

  • Wow... commercials are better than shows now! almost makes me wish i watched tv... really sad that G.E's not 'in step' with the image they promote. They are one of the creepiest corporations in existance today!

  • What do you mean? Are you saying going green is a bad thing?

  • No. It dosen't. And I've seen all sorts of vids of elephants getting abused and never seen an abused elephant tap dancing!

  • The elephant is CGI... No real elephant was harmed.

  • I know, dude.

  • How? Through people shocking it?

  • I don't care whether the elephant is computer generated or not. This is an adorable, light-hearted, uplifting commercial that puts a smile on my face every time I watch it. I think its sad that you people can't just take it for what it is and that you insist on analyzing the fun out of it. Its a commercial...let it go.

    Have a nice day! :)

  • The elephant is CG you retard, it's not real.

  • I'm pretty sure an elephant doesn't click its heels when scared.

  • A magical Elephant Dance to "Singing In The Rain". Good job. Thanks..Benbob 12-07
