And please don't get me wrong: I don't think justice has happened at all, and I do feel like they should be punished in some way instead of _just_ given psychiatric help which is of course great that they received. Taking away their freedom for a few years and apparently not even that was REALLY done is just fucking unjust. All I'm saying is that murdering them is not the solution. I believe they should've been kept locked up for life--especially as they didn't aim for the world to forgive them.

I read of a case from sixtees where a 10 year old strangled a 4-year old to death, which is horrible, but these children brought the boy a slow, painful death. o.O

I read hundreds of comments by parents of murdered children whose murderers had been executed, that it has given them closure to the whole thing. It is hard to put a closure to the murder when you know that the killer is walking the earth and could one day bump into you or your children. It is hard to live knowing your child is dead and the killer has got a second chance.

Jon Venables and Robert Thompson couldn't possibly have been rehabilitated. They went to prison at 10 years of age and came out at 18. They essentially skipped the period in your life during which you grow up. I can only imagine them as being psychopaths now, how could anything else have happened?
