u have to find a mas camp and view the costume you like and u either put a down payment (up to a certain time) or you could pay the costume 1 time. there are 3 major bands in Brooklyn...Sesame Flyers, Haws Intnl (which ur watching now) and Borokeete USA, then u have ur small bands.

what i hate in youtube carribean carnival's videos is that the man with the video camera record only people's back and toes .
