  • It's about time I commented on one of your videos here. Yep, I'm the same Lugia from Super Smash Bros. World. I watched some of these videos, and they're fun to watch. Hey, do you have Mario Kart 7? I raced somebody named Rich Petty with the name in all caps yesterday night. Whether he was you or not, he was Mario, had around 3200 VR with one star, and came in last both races I played with him. If you played in those races, I was the one named Lugia. If not, guess somebody likes your videos.

  • Howdy Lugia. Yes I do have Mario Kart 7 although I can't play it online while I'm here at college (long story). Doesn't matter much to me though; I don't enjoy it much anyway. So, that Rich Petty person wasn't me.

  • Yay for the original N64 music! It's nice how this track always guarantees a great episode.

  • This track has the highest chance of making a great episode out of any of the tracks in my opinion.

  • This is my birthday! He does one every year on my birthday! :D

  • You are the best fuuny player wih karts, Wanna add me? I invited you!!

  • Man, 12 high ranked players + N64 Mario Raceway = chaos!

  • Haha, I've even had 4 players at this track and still got chaos.

  • @Jughead870 4 players....Are you referring to that hacker that just MASCARAED you with a low VR? I remember that. That is like your most viewed video! XD

  • Yeah... that's what I meant. Haha.

  • I've been using the same silver GCN controller that came bundled with my Gamecube. The only problem is the d-pad sticks, but that is hardly a problem. Old Reliable always gets me through.

  • My first controller, the one giving up strength here, is my black one. My silver one is my like-new, near-perfect condition one.

  • What a race, so many green shells and bananas.

  • Yeah, there were a lot of stuff lying and flying around.

  • keep it up man :D

  • Ah, the usual delightful destruction derby on N64 Mario Raceway. It's a good thing you saved your Mushroom at the end or you probably would have gotten caught in that Bob-omb blast in the pipe.

Sorry to hear about your controller troubles. My own controller's R button gave out just last night. :( Mario Kart sure can take a toll on controllers...I do have another silver controller I haven't used much, though, so I should still be okay for now.

  • That's why I held onto that last shroom. I learned that rushing into everything usually leads to suffering. Sometimes item conservation bites you back, but it didn't do it this time. That controller of mine still works, it just can't toss items forward in MKW. Ha, I also have a silver controller that is pretty much new.

  • Hey Patty, have you tried Mario kart DS yet? The new one that just came out...

  • 2 words, well technically 3: you're awesome!!!!!

  • If you see a race at N64 Mario Raceway, you know that it'll be an insane one! Nice way of conserving your mushroom at the end there, pal. I thought you weren't going to make it out alive! We all get lucky one time. Not me, however, as I lost 3 VR in this race. No biggie, however. My VR suffered a lot worse. Believe me. Other than that, another great episode by the great Petty himself!

  • Yeah, I figured I'd do things differently this time.

  • Hurray hurray!! Hey, I think that bug on the windshield was a funky no less!! So woo and hoo on that!!! Witty racing humor there, always a treat. Glad you didn't do the two step tango with anyone on this track. BEAUTIFUL come back and more evidence to never give up cause you just never know, do you? Happy music made you happy!! I think you deserve a treat after all that wildness.... want a cookie?

  • HA! I'm eating a cookie right now as I'm reading these comments.

  • N64 Mario Raceway is always a good course for an epic race. Sucks that your controller is giving out but I'm sure you can still get good finishes ^_^

  • I rotate controllers, but after ten years, the one I used in this episode finally started showing signs of wear.

  • Also, nice job knitting together your "recovery" blanket! Wonderful crocheting, haha.

(my other comment was too long to say this, sorry for spam!)

  • WOW! There was lots of Talladega-déjà vu in that race, haha. And I loved the joke about "kids, remember to look both sides when crossing the streets!" Ha! That was a good one for getting hit by a shell. And then you got a bug in your windshield after someone got knocked over in your screen? Haha!! I must say, seeing how you ended lap one AND lap 2 with last place, it was certainly awesome that you got 5th (happy music spot!!) on lap three. Good job Petty! Wonderful video as usual :)

  • Laps one and two are hardly like lap three.

  • Last lap was chaotic, and shells seem to be the worst on the N64 tracks out of all the tracks.

  • Hurrah yay!

  • Welll well well, you managed to survive the attacks, Petty! I salute you! You may not have gotten the best position, but in the words of Cris Angel, at least you got the "Happy music"!

  • Happy finish for happy music. They go hand in hand.

  • It has been a while since you got a good finish on that track, or at least one with happy music, haha. Also how's that controller holding up today?

  • It's doing okay. It's just lost the ability to detect forward on the control stick.

  • I love these kinds of races where chaos is guarenteed.

  • Nice recovery at the end. Better to be at the top five, than left in the dust in last place.

  • Man, shells are more lethal than they original were nowadays.

  • I just hate it when i look behind and then BAM! Green shell hit.
