wait, your vyers only has one special at lv 153? in disgaea 1 he had adonic blast as his first special at lv 12 and he used the adonic blast on me when i fought him and kicked my ass, and so i thought it would be the same in disgaea 2, weird.

Nippon ichi has confirmed that vyers is laharls father king Krichveskoy, he used up almost all his power sealing away Baal and was found near death by the Seraph lamingon and reincarnated as Vyers to kep an eye on laharl and as part of their plan to unite celestia and the netherworld. Play disgaea 1 and get the good ending and defeat baal, its pretty easy to figure out too.

A lot of the times the English voices just don't convey the correct image that the original Japanese does. Etna is a prime example, the English version has a deep sultry voice. The Japanese version is a lighter more childish voice with hints of sultriness.

I can't stand the English voice acting for Laharl, it's painful to listen to. This is common for English voice acting because there are so few people who do it. Whereas in Japan voice acting is a highly respectable career.

There's an option in the Settings menu for either US or Japanese voices. I don't remember what the option is titled, just look for the one that says "USA" and switch it to "JPN".

I love these games, but I can't stand the English voice acting. :( I love how they give you the option to change it. <3

How do you get in the circus?

The "circus" is a tent in the Land of Carnage. Collect 16 different maps by beating pirates in the Item World and then talk to the gunner in Holt, and he'll let you use his ship to go there. Enemies are stronger there, adding some challenge to otherwise easy maps~

That "circus" is a tent in the Land of Carnage. To get there, you need to beat 16 different types of pirates in the item world and collect the maps they drop. Once you do that, talk to the gunner in Holt and he'll let you use his ship to go there. Beware, though - the enemies in LoC are quite a lot stronger than in Holt~

He got it from getting 1 Makai Wars from 2 Playthroughs, as you can see at the end it asks if he wants to Save and that save data from that playthrough will be carried over to the next cycle.

The two Makai Wars were gotten by replaying the game. In the European version, you can get one Makai Wars per playthrough, as long as you beat Baal - not sure if it works in the US version, though. Some say it does, others say it doesn't...

In the item worlds, you sometimes run into pirates. When you beat 'em, they drop maps - 16 or so total. Collect 'em all, and a Gunner in Holt will set up a ship that'll take you to the Land of Carnage.

It takes a while to get all maps, though, and some of the pirates are pretty strong, so make sure you're strong enough to beat 'em~

The Prinny God is a class you unlock when you keep leveling Prinnies, reincarnate 'em into the next class, and level up again. They're the final class - Prinny King's the one you unlock before 'em.

By the way, the Neko trick will make no difference by the end of the game, since even Prinny Baal will pwn the Nekos caught this way (unless you either have some gwell leveled items, or caught them at 4* stats in LoC, for a total of 8* stats), let alone uber Prinny Baal, or super Uber Prinny Baal.

I only used the neko's for the quike money, and grabbing some Way Too High felonys from it when I was maybe 60 hours into the game.

I Cant say I'v ever done more with them, I prefer doing things the hard way I guess ^^

Actually, Level 87's pretty high for Chapter 12. IIRC, when I got to that chapter during my first playthrough, I was only around level... 40 or 50. Dunno, been a while <_<;

You can only use Kurtis in the Land of Carnage, but there you can use him at nearly any time(the only exception is if you unlock the 'Save the Defender of Earth!' stages, IIRC). To do that, beat the 16 different kinds of pirates in the Item World~
