The rider in blue turns his head in the opposite direction of the rest of his body. While his body is trying to bring the bike into the curve apex his head is doing the opposite.That's the worst thing to do when cornering...if he brings his head to the same side of his body he could do it much better (faster).
your friend in the blue does not know how to corner - he is twisting his body back inline with the bike, rather than leaning out and keeping his head towards the inside of the turn even better placing it passed the mirror..
