I allways wonder how people who never played wow like to coment about wow. You have in wow pvp realm where is all about pvp. You have huge battlegrounds like Winter G and many more. And on pvp realm you can attack opsing faction everywhere. Aion have only better graphics for now. And audio is horror, same sound like in asian porn movies. Characters are some hentai, manga or whats ever. It is made for Asians but not for our taste. Good games are coming, SWTOR, Guild Wars 2.

@FFPulka I got sick of that too, so I decided "to hell with it" and actually gave Aion a shot. To my horror, the Gamespot and IGN reviews about Aion were 100% correct. Aion is pleasing to look at, fun to play for the first 10 or so levels, after which it turns into a fucking DULL grind that almost drove me insane.

After a month or so I realized the developers REALLY didn't give a shit about the game, let alone the players. You can tell by how shallow and repetetive most quests/professions are.

@irishjoesbar i played pre-tbc and cleared everything up to 4h... raiding was much better (yes MC was boring after farming it for months but BWL, AQ etc were great instances (not talking about events like AQ gate opening)) You had to work hard to achieve something .... in wotlk its like : LFG icc 25 m link GS (shitscore).... pugging raid instances - wtf is this? raiding in wotlk is a joke (hell yeah blizzard created 1 hard boss in wotlk which is lk hm) but again wotlk is to ez and it sucks

This looks entertaining...but it just doesn't seem to flow like WoW pvp does.

From just watching this, if looks like the game uses that click on someone to follow and attack them style, and where players cant move while using melee attacks.

I hope it doesn't use that crap system thats what made me quit Guild Wars.

you can move freely when your attacking, melee and ranged. It just moves you within range of your target when you attack. You can disable it in the interface if you want too.

no actauly abyse pvp u havea 360 control on ur char for pvp u dont have to stand still for pvp. in fact u get some stat boots on the direction your moving. forward more. attack less def back more block i think side more evasion.. and u can fly anywhere in the abyse so u can fly and fight at the same time.

You should have a min of 2 GB of ram, I wouldn't do less than 4 GB since rams so cheap. It depends on how much ground you cover, if you explore an entire map you will use 7GB ish. The game doesn't show a large decrease with no free ram oddly, but minimizing the screen to check some1s abyss level you'll be dead before you see firefox.

You are wrong. It is OPEN to players who have pre-ordered the game and to File planet subscribers. It will NOT be open to anybody and everybody. The servers simply wouldn't be able to handle that type of load. This is also why games don't offer a trial right from the start. WoW was very good in every aspect. It was awsome for it's time. Now, it is a new era of game. The graphics, and mechanics of Aion has upped the bar. WoW is very old now, people are getting tired, and this is the new game old WoW players have been seeking. (WoW's pvp is dead, and PVE is too easy), in terms, WoW won't die, but it WILL be very thinned out, and maybe overtaken by this Aion.

rvr = race vs race = you usually can't pvp with people of the same race as you {in aion's case there are 2 races} but you can freely pvp with the other race, each class has about the same skills for each race, except several that are unique... hope this clears some things, games that use rvr : wow, Rising force online, warhammer online
