LC is the closest campspot OUTSIDE of the concert venue. I would love to have you join us. We get out there on the 15th around 11 am and leave on Monday the 19th around 11 am. Care to join us? you got those 21 lbs! Onward!

Thanks for this video. I am dealing with the exact same thing. I'm working out hard-core six days a week & realizing my calorie intake is too low. I'm having a hard time getting 1,200 calories in but I was told that any less than 1,200 calories my body would go into survival mode. It's been tough to find the balance.
you look fantastic! and the doctor/dietitian are right...low calorie diets are usually for sedentary people. you are doing so well I am so excited to see that you're back and that you're still giving it your all at boot camp! well done! also remember on your off days you can still go for a light walk or something like that because I can tell that you really enjoy moving around!

You are looking SO much thinner! WOW! I just watched your first video and was playing it side by side with this one. Such a huge difference! WOW!
It's funny how small changes to your workout can make such a big difference. Im your first video weigh in you were 267....now you are 220....AWESOME!
