yeah wonder what zombies fascination with white trash rednecks is hmmmm maybe because he grew up with them is my guess white zombie didnt have that vibe though
hey i like the devils rejects and house of 1000 corpses and i think robs halloween is better then the original just because i like gore instead of atmosphere even know atmosphere goes good with gore
Well Rev ...It's official ...the remake has just been announced ...and just like you predicted it's going to be in 3d ... Plus I heard Rob Zombie is about to announce his next film project .... No way you can go 3 for 3 !!!
Hey, Rev. I just watched good ol' Hoek in Roger Corman's "Humanoids From The Deep"! I had to rewind it because I kept thinking "where have I seen this guy before...?"
I love how you take the really bad 70's generic country music in the Rob Zombie sequence and replace it with more really bad generic country music. Awesome!
Great review. It made me laugh so much. William Shatner is one of my favorite actors, too. I had not seen this film. You are right it would make a great 3D Movie!
I saw this film when I was very young. My father and former step mother thought it would be great for me to watch. To this day, I'm terrified of spiders.
Kingdom of the spiders used to scare the crap out of me when i was a kid it played on HBO alot in the late 70's ....I remember one night it played on a Saturday night and I kept switching the channels from Kingdom of the Spiders to the Sha na na's Variety Show....Guess what...Now I'm more afraid of Shanana than spiders!
@johnnyhorror92182 - A sequel would have been interesting, especially if it had taken place in a spider infested-post-apocalypse environment. I joked about a remake, but the way things are going, I wouldn't be surprised to see a remake someday.
I've heard a couple of people mentioning this one in their dvd-updates as of late, but also seen one other review of this one. I gotta say that I really like your style and when you showed how a Rob Zombie remake of this one would come out you had me laughing haha. The scary part is that it would probably have turned out that way. You sir, got yourself a new subscriber here!

@twistedzombie5 I liked his first two films as well. Didn't care for his take on Halloween.

Surprisingly good for a movie whose soundtrack consists of library cues. Plus, it's co-written by Alan Caillou.

Is it weird that I picture Rev. Phantom with a mother fucker of a neck beard?

Best movie ever made by a man named Bud. Another great nature run amok flick is William Girdler's DAY OF THE ANIMALS. Fantastic review Rev!

I absolutely love this movie. It's just Vintage 70's Movie Cheeze! A sequel was talked about after KOTS was released but sadly it never happened. :(
