VR speed is still less than VREF. Your comments in regards to tyre smoke on landing too, further prove my point. Tyres will smoke at speeds even less than 100 knots.

I haven quite decided if im going to because i was a originaly a Northwest Pilot and the the big merger, and with the that it might take me 40 years to get my 4th stripe back if i upgrade. and when the runway is wet or on ice the wheels wont smoke friction is killed to quick. Only if it was jaged ice.

u have to use reverse thrust as soon a the nose gear touches the grounds otherwise the nose will go down to quickly and take damage

1. too low. you are supposed to cross the threshold at 70 feet AGL. you didn't.
2. you hit the runway too hard. passengers would be screaming.
3. no spoilers. put them all the way up.
4. you were too slow.
5. flare was too high.

First of all, not amazing at all, just ok, and you did it wrong- wrong touchdown zone, wrong flare, etc. Also, as a Canadian, considering our country is bigger than yours, can you be more specific about location? If I said 'landing, USA', wouldn't you be offended? We have thousands of airports in Canada.
