You may want to make a note on the video that you can no onger level to 100 just through digging up fragments. it now levels to 50 through fragments, and the rest of the way you must create the artifacts. and you can now only have 200 fragments per race at a time.

@MrElionor Rares use 3 rune slots. Only some use runestones to complete, and at that, you can't just buy them to power level, you actually have to farm x-y, while x = total amount needed to complete, and y = 12 you get for free from the rune stones. Any artifact is a minimum of ~25-28.
