  • VG, not VQ. Its a early Maxima, the VQ didn't become used in everything until about 2003 (VG discontineud in 2002)

  • er...VG was discontinued in 2004, not 2002. Most VG-powered vehicles were SOHC too.

  • I like the video and and the max. What was the difference of the vq30 in the 94's vs the vq30's in the 95. The intake manifold looks different.

  • dear god man. the world doesnt revolve around VQ. lol

    there were two engines for the 89-94's VG30E and the VE30DE. 95 maxima (4th gen) have the VQ30DE.

    VERY Different engines..
