In the past I could only do 1 but then I found out if you raise yourself up to the bar with the help of a chair and let yourself down slowly, do that 10 times a day, over time you'll be able to do more. Later on you won't need the chair anymore.
I need to get one of those. I am recovering from some physical ailments/injuries. Just starting to incorporate some strength workout kind of stuff. I can officially do 1.5 pullups. LOLOLOL. Many pushups though!
You've inspired me to attempt to do a pull-up today LMAO. I am not kidding. The only thing I have that is going to work (but work for me? who knows!) is the tree in my backyard. Oh yeah, it's happening. I am going to do it after my arthritis meds kick in and if I break my back it is YO fault. :P
Just kidding. Hah I'm sure I'll be fine. Kind of excited though. Aw and I miss tree-climbing. Hey you should do a tree-climbing video! That would be random and make me laugh.

Ahh pullups, my favorite calisthenics exercise. This combined with deadlifts is a great all around back workout.
