I don't know what was going on but from 1990 to 1996 Hip Hop music & would you believe it House & Garage music will never ever reach this level again in regards quality from both styles of music's.
The HipHop Heads will be wondering what the hell?... But trust me on the other side of the music pond the sheer quality of releases in regards to House and Garage music (*Or you call it Club music in the Usa will never reach this level again) It was a nightmare in the 1990's for buying both! 1990's.
@dokukyrpa nah man, they didnt fuck up, all they want is that money and those views. truth is today more people wanna listen to lady gaga than to this shit, and thats sad.
around 2000 and 2002 there were still good hip hop tracks. after 2002 they were hard to find, and hip hop as we know was labeled "underground" all of a sudden...
@Infinite8338 WHAT HAPPENED WAS THE WHITE BUISNESS OWNERS GOT INVOLVED AND THE ONLY WAY THEY CUD MAKE MONEY OFF THE ARTFORM WAS TO WATER IT DOWN AND MAKE IT MORE COMMERCIAL CUS BEFORE IT WAS STRICTLY FOR MY NIGGUZ. BUT AMERICA SAW THE WORLD CATCHING OWN TO US BLACKS IN AMERIKKAKA SO THEY HAD TO DEVISE A WICKED PLAN TO DESTROY THE MUSIC. THATS WHY TODAY YOU GOT SHIT HEADS LIKE SOULJAH GIRL MAKIN MUNNIE OFF THAT BULLCRAP.
They took away the soul in todays music. Fuck corporations and everything they stand for.
Also just noticed that this track was produced by the beatnuts. Beautiful.
