These girls are funny... But uhh, they're called patients. Every monster in Silent Hill has a meaning to it based on the characters in the game, go look them up on the Silent Hill wiki... For instance, patients are Henry's manifestaion of his aversion towards Hospitals and how sick the patients there made him feel. :)

I honestly couldn't take this game seriously anymore when I ran into those nurses for the first time. It's just too damn funny. They're my favorite enemies besides the gigantic Wall Men. Love watching those guys smack Henry and Eileen constantly. I was cracking up so hard. Love this game!
