its from michael flatley's lord of the dance soundtrack. its a tune called Siamsa. Excellent cd, i bought it a while back and i just cant stop dance to it!!!
You guys forgot to do the Rise and Grind in the Advance and Retire and you didn't do the Swing for long enough in Swing in Center. You also forgot to swing back to your place after the Link Arms.

It seems like jig choreography to a reel time. Siamsa (the music) changes back and forth between the two.

i love this dance, but it's no fun when you don't go full out (& fast) on the spinning ;)
(which we usually do for eight bars per pair... not four.)
