Lukaku is a completely different player to Rooney. Lukaku is a Center Forward like Drogba whereas Rooney is a Second Striker like Maradona. The physical qualities of each are completely different. CFs need to be Tall and Powerful can clinical finishers, SS's have to be fast and agile with good finishing and dribbling. Everyone saying he is still growing is probably wrong. He simply hit puberty earlier, which means he will finish earlier too. He is pretty much fully developed.
