Love this song...check out this link in "09 when he had my daughter come up on stage and sing 2 verses of the chorus!!! He saw her singing along with everyword and even gave her his harmonica after "The Promised Land" - it was AWESOME!!! "Backstreets" magazine called her a "quite capable guest vocalist"!! She was only 10 years old at the time!

On one hand, he had the privilege of working with perhaps the greatest artist born in the 20th century; on the other hand, Bruce's shows wouldn't have been quite the same without him. He was arguably the only truly irreplaceable E Streeter; a big man and a great guy, a talented saxophone player with a great singing voice too. R.I.P. Granted, he's always been playing with Bruce ever since they first met (even when the ESB was on hiatus), but he wasn't there when the ESB was founded--that is, Bruce recorded his first two seminal albums without him.
