Whenever you add any two digit number you will get either of these numbers: (0,9,18,27,36,45,54.....) That is all number whose addition of digits is nine. (eg. 2+7=9)
if you ook, every thing is fixed so that you always land on something divisible by 9. everything divisible by 9 has the same symbol, even on both charts.
ok settle down people the trick is that no matter what number u chose its gonna subtract out to be a multiple of 9... so pause the video at the chart and u will notice that 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, 81 all have the same symbol.
EVERYBODY LISTEN UP @ARSENALKID8706 WAS GIVING A EXAMPLE!!! HE SAID: HE PICKED 22 2+2=4 SO 22- HIS ANSWER WHICH WAS 4=18!!! UR NUMBER IS WHATEVER UR TWO NUMBERS ADDED UP TO BE!!! NOW DOES EVERYONE GET IT!! HE WAS GIVING AN EXAMPLE!
@ernispel you got is wrong. it's 1+0 = 1 subtract the answer "1" from the two digit number you picked 10 and the answer is 9 find the corresponding symbol that has 9 next to it. I think you were trying to be a smart ass but failed to follow the simple instructions.
Represent any two digit number, with the digits X, and Y, where X and Y are each betwen 0 and 9. The number would then be 10*X + Y. (Eg: 34 would be '3' and '4' or 10*3 + 4 = 34)
Adding the two digits together is X+Y (Eg: 3+4=7).
Subtracting one from the other is: 10*X + Y - (X+Y)
(Example 3*!0+4 - (3+4)).
This works out to:
10*X+Y-(X+Y)
= 10*X - X +Y - Y
= 9X
The answer will always be a multiple of 9 (0, 9, 18...99). Just pick a single symbol to use in all those positions. Tada..

@Nineteenleader Your doing it wrong. 19: 1+9=10 / 19-10=9

what if i chose 10... ok so i would end up with 1+0= 1, then i subtract 4= -3. Now where is the symbol for -3?
