Don’t be like me,’ he actually made himself the victim and then went out and profited something like $15 million from this ‘Hey, poor me, let’s find a cure for cancer’ campaign instead of just coming clean and saying, ‘Look, here’s what I did, I screwed myself up, and I hope people learn from my mistakes

The trick is to change into a higher gear (2 sprockets) and stand up, then when you start to feel tired, sit down again and change into a lower gear (2 sprockets) and also pedal faster in the lower gear sat down, maybe change into a lower gear, one sprocket bigger.

@dahgutone actually armstrong 2003 wasnt as good as tour de lance 2000 that was top notch form against pantani, zulle, ullrich.

I've just finitched Bradleys AutoGirography which covers a few twack waces ass well.
*FLAKING NEWS*: "Armstrong Shakes it up the Twitter".(c.) No not a Brad Twigs statement but he will use it to wind up the pen shinner.
The book was as good as it gets , nonstop action even if it's only worrying about punctures. I put it down on Wednesday morning at sun up, and did a scorcher ride after dark. Highly reccomended.
