True, but listen to me, Gospodin Balmer-- Vista sucks. I can run the 64 bit Home Premium version with barely any problems only because I have a $2000 gaming laptop with an nvidia 9800M GS in it. There are 2 other vista machines in my house, a ~1300 sony vaio laptop an a ~600 hp laptop. They both fail pretty hard

Maybe you can help me? I got a barebones AMD Quad core ASUS mb 8 gb or ram 500gb hard drive 680 watt power supply Ge force graphics card.. Installed vista Ultimate did the updates and this thing freezes up all the time!!!! Same system with Ubuntu 8.10 works like magic. Windows Xp no problems!

I've tried vista, first 2 weeks, i thought it was Great, until recently, same processes and applications that I always use, Firefox, Xfire, and Steam, and on XP, I only use at most 10% CPU at most and leaving well over half my RAM free. Decided to try out vista, first 2 weeks, had about 50% CPU usage with 40% of ram used, ok, and now, it's using up about 90% of processing power, and about 70% RAM...

Linux = Best, XP = Better, Mac = Ok, Vista = Pure piece of crap

That was a funny video, but, I disagree. Vista is a very powerful OS, I have it installed on some of my computers works fine no problem. Several other people in my family also have it installed and don't know what the heck people are complaining about (that comes from a computer gamer THAT ACTUALLY USES HIS PC) Another friend who for the last year has been saying Vista sucks, finally upgraded to it.
