Im always more impressed by simple plain old creativity, using an instrument isn weird ways, rather than some standard issue metal head guitarist that can shred lighting fast or play very complex stuff. Omar from Mars Volta is also like this. Not the best guitar player in the world, but very creative and artistic. Thats much more compelling to me.

I have the Digitech rp90 and it has one of these built in. I am not trying to advertise, but if you want something like this that is pretty cheap, get the rp90, thats what i did lol
