I don't think they kissed, but it wasn't edited. They just used a different camera angle. That's why Gretel had to ask him if he understands that they use omnidirectional cameras at all angles. Regardless of if they kissed or not; It was still pretty gay. Nobody can deny that.

They didn't kiss but I think Michael wanted to give David the impression he was going to kiss him. Just before, David seemed really coy - like he knew something was in the air and avoided eye contact with Michael.

I think there is a fair chance Michael was just playing him - very unfair but I've seen straight guys do it to gay guys for amusement.
