I'd have to check but I think Diverse System did an acoustic guitar version of it that you might like! The prelude technically is a seperate song that UI-70 did as well, though as you can see it's pretty short. I also liked TAM's version of it if you're into piano x violin type stuff.

Oh wow you can change some of the songs in melty blood? I never tried that! Some of the music in there was really good too (I love the music in that one red cloudy stage or whatever it was, it's been so long!) though some of them were kinda mediocre. I guess I should try switching the songs out next time!
