this was one of the worst cases here in oklahoma...it's absolutely horrible what she went through and endured yet kept that beautiful smile the entire time. I was thankful to see they BOTH (stepfather/mother) got what they deserved, though they should be treated just how they treated her and should never have the chance at parole. Though in 20 some odd years one can only hope that parole is denied. Kelsey is in everyone's hearts and will never be forgotten
