starting 1:14 what is that little break in her voice in the middle of a word when she sings "happy," and "glad," and "Father" and "Son", it reminds me of the girl groups in the early 60s and Ronnie Spector singing "who-oh-oh". it makes her voice sound very pop-py. She sings softer in later life, but she said Alex Bradford made them all sing VERY LOUD in his group! gives a whole different quality to the singing. Belting it out. 2:08 looks like "dare you not to say Hallelujah with me!!"
Madeline Bell was a british backing vocalist : you can see her backing Dusty Springfield in the heartbreaking song "I don't want to go on without you"..In the 60's M.Bell also recorded good songs, with Dusty providing the backing vocals!!!!!!
Hugely talented and beautiful lady still performing in 2011.......

Boy, Madeline had a powerful voice back then. The bradford singers are always a treat to see in person.
