MGS starting The Triumph Bonneville T120 R 650 cc US spec 1973

Is this an early '73 model? I know they went to 724cc's and then (I think) 744cc's later in the model year. The other changes were a lower subframe, the front disc, the NVT box taillight, the slim U.S. market tank, and the new sidecovers. Your bike has the '71-'72 sidecovers, the TLS drum brake up front, and the old "gargoyle" taillight (which I happen to like), plus it's a 650, which leads me to believe that early '73's were perhaps leftover '72's? Beautiful bike in any case!

Yeah, sure, right, the older ones had a 4-speed and right hand shift, which sucks if you have multiple bikes. My '76 750 was great, fast, and smooth on top-end. That's like saying a '51 Pan is better than a new Harley. Dagercy probably never even had a bike. Purists, and speculators make those statements, but the ride doesn't back it up.

ze gaan meestal rond de 7-8 duizend euro maar dan heb je een mooie je hebt ze ook voor minder maar dan koop je er ook werk bij dus is net waar je zin in hebt
