Your videos are great, Omar! I got a question for you about this concept of doing "too much too early." Like you said, your body adapts quickly when it knows you're trying to make a change. Now, I know you're mainly referring to when a person is attempting to lose weight, but does this concept also apply to muscle building workouts?
ok, i'm alway subscribed to your website but every tme i try to access the free programs there is a sign up link and no link to download the programs - i don't get it :-(
@gotahc Hey buddy if you entered your info on the website, you are sent an e-mail you have to click to confirm in the e-mail and you'll start getting all the cool shit :)
0oh crap i think i screwed up! i do up too 4 hours of gym a day, does this mean i wont ever get results?and if not will doing that 1 hour work better for me?i've done your program and it worked lost 25 pounds! but now i just want to lose those last 15 pounds...but it wont work because i tryed to do so much?
@Baezero320 Nah dude, you are alright. Simply take one week off the program before repeat it again. The last 15 will take longer (another 12 weeks), but start off SLOW, if you go to fast (4 hours a day from the get go) you'll burn OUT and your body will adapt, make sense?
@PtoArchAngel93 Depends on your fitness goal. I don't like gatorade for many reasons. If your goal is to lose weight, I'd consume one fruit prior to running. Water is always mandatory!
Love your videos man! the other day i seen a video that was from 2009 and you were in great shape, i was impressed by how you looked. How much did you eat then (calories) and how much do you eat now?
@jwrath90 That is a VERY hard question to answer, simply because it varies on how much I weigh at the time! When gaining size it'll be about 2200-2600 calories, when losing weight 1600-2100 calories, but remember, this is what works for ME it won't necessarily work for YOU. Thats why I customize things with my programs :)
This is excellent info....great to see somebody who knows what they are talking about!

Chef Buff is it better to drink something like gatorade or water during an intense running work out or both? Which helps give the extra boost?
