@BoT17 They get married but Lana isn't actually pregnant. Lex had his doctor inject a needle, which made her skip her menstrual cycle, just so she would marry him, the get divorced though.

A lot of deleted scenes would have improved some of these episodes. I guess we have to blame the editing dept.
