  • Dear Sir,

I am a really very big fan of your recipes. Yesterday i tried this recipe of yours and it worked out really good. Just need to ask a question. Instead of serving this dish in 2 layers, can the spinach be added and mixed along with the stir fried vegetables before serving?

  • Yes, you can definitely do that.

  • Hi thanks for healthy recipe

people that mix of tomato with palak will develop stones in kidney ...so is ok to use them both in this

waiting for more low calories and healthy recipes from you

  • It is a myth that by eating tomatoes and palak together will lead to kidney stones. The actual reason for the stones is not known. But people who have kidney stones are advised to avoid tomatoes and palak. So you can enjoy this delicious dish without any fear.

  • hay i was wondring if it is healthy to use nonstick, you know u here lots of things so just wanted to clear that up thanks.

  • It is perfectly healthy to cook in non-stick cookware. But yes, if the coating is peeling then you should not be using it.
